Pricing
We’re growing! From 2027, guests can choose to add a beautiful new third en-suite bedroom to their stay. This is an optional addition for those who need a little extra space, bringing our total capacity from 6 to 8 people.
Current pricing reflects the 2-bedroom setup; pricing for the optional third bedroom will be released later this year..

Arrival & Departure
- Standard stays: Saturday to Saturday (Arrival from 16:00, Departure by 10:00)
- Low-season flexibility: Mid-week stays and short breaks available (flexibility on arrival and departure times possible)
Fishing: Up to 3-4 anglers at any one time, maximum 9 rods total. 4 anglers possible, but rod limit still applies.
Special Winter Offer ❄️
7 nights for €765 in 2026, including accommodation and exclusive carp fishing, with underfloor heating and radiators included. Sleeps up to 6 guests – perfect for a cozy winter escape in luxury.

Booking & Payments
- We will ask for a booking form to be completed and a deposit when your booking is confirmed.
- Minimum deposit: €320 for gîte only, €550 for gîte + fishing (received within 7 days of confirmation)
- Security/Breakages deposit: €250 per week, refundable within 1 week after your stay if no damage occurs
- Tourist Tax: €1.20 per adult per night, payable with balance
- Jacuzzi: Optional, payable in cash on arrival (€60 per week). The jacuzzi is emptied, cleaned and refilled between bookings.
- Heating: During the colder months of the year, we maintain the underfloor heating at 22°C at our own expense. Additional radiator heating €12/day.

- Gift Cards: Available for gîte rental and/or fishing – ideal for Christmas, birthdays, or leaving gifts.
