• Fishing is up to 3 anglers at any one time, maximum 3 rods per angler (rod limit of 9 in total). 

Standard weekly bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival from 16.00 hrs on Saturday afternoon, departure by 10.00 hrs on Saturday morning.

Short breaks, mid-week breaks, weekend hire and even monthly rental are available in low season. Maybe a mid-week break with some fishing is possible as well, as low season fishing is cheaper too 😉

Special rates are available for the low season, with 2024 prices as low as €90 per night for the gite, sleeping up to 6 people (€15 per person/per night!!). Even lower prices are available for longer rental periods of more than 3 days during the low season (this does not include jacuzzi or heating). Get in touch and ask the question!! We will ask for a deposit when your booking is confirmed.  The amount of deposit payable may vary according to the type of accommodation / package / duration being booked:  All prices are given in Euros and payment is to be made in Euros into our French bank account (details will be provided at the time of booking).

We also offer Gift Cards to buy that can be put towards Gite rental and/or Fishing – ideal Christmas and birthday presents. Or get together to buy one for a colleague’s leaving present!

A minimum deposit from 2023, of €310 for Gite booking only or €540 for Gite & Fishing is required. This is to be received by us within 7 days of confirmation of your booking to secure your chosen dates.

The jacuzzi is optional so is payable in cash on arrival (currently €60 per week)

During the colder months of the year there is currently a charge of €15 per day to cover electricity for underfloor heating and radiators

A €250 per week security/breakages deposit is payable with the balance payment. This is fully refundable within 1 week by bank transfer, following the end of your stay with us, if there are is no damage to property or contents (see our Terms & Conditions for payment scheduling).

Jacuzzi….. use of the jacuzzi for the week is currently an additional €60 (payable in Euros on arrival). Please indicate you require the jacuzzi at the time of booking to ensure it is ready for your arrival.  If the jacuzzi has been used in the previous booking then due to cleaning and refilling/reheating, it may not be available until later on the day of your arrival. Should you decide you require use of the jacuzzi but have not booked it, we would require 24 hours notice to prepare and the charge would be €60 (currently).  The jacuzzi will not be available for use on the day of departure.
