• Fishing is up to 3 anglers at any one time, maximum 3 rods per angler (rod limit of 9 in total).  We can accommodate 4 anglers but the maximum of 9 rods still applies.
• Long term gite rental in the low season (see below)

Standard weekly bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival from 16.00 hrs on Saturday afternoon, departure by 10.00 hrs on Saturday morning. During the low season, arrival days are flexible so mid-week arrivals/departures are possible.

Short breaks, mid-week breaks, weekend hire and even exceptional monthly rental rates are available in low season. Special prices when only two people sharing a bedroom. Maybe a mid-week break with some fishing is possible as well, as low season fishing is cheaper too 😉

Tourist Tax (Taxe de Sejour) is unfortunately being implemented in our region from 1 January 2025, at the rate of €1.20 per adult (over 18 at the time of holiday) per night. We have no choice but to collect this and pay it over on a regular basis. Obviously this is not included in our rates shown here because we do not know how many adults are in each group.

We will ask for a booking form to be completed and a deposit when your booking is confirmed.  The amount of deposit payable may vary according to the type of accommodation / package / duration being booked:  All prices are given in Euros and payment is to be made in Euros into our Euros bank account (details will be provided at the time of booking).

The minimum deposit of €320 for Gite booking only or €550 for Gite & Fishing is required. This is to be received by us within 7 days of confirmation of your booking to secure your chosen dates.

A €250 per week security/breakages deposit is payable with the balance payment. This is fully refundable within 1 week by bank transfer, following the end of your stay with us, if there are is no damage to property or contents (see our Terms & Conditions for payment scheduling).

The jacuzzi is optional so is payable in cash on arrival (currently €60 per week). To ensure cleanliness, the jacuzzi is emptied, cleaned and refilled between every booking.

During the colder months of the year there is currently a charge of €15 per day to cover electricity for underfloor heating and radiators

We also offer Gift Cards to buy that can be put towards Gite rental and/or Fishing – ideal Christmas and birthday presents. Or get together to buy one for a colleague’s leaving present!

Jacuzzi….. use of the jacuzzi for the week is currently an additional €60 (payable in Euros on arrival). Please indicate you require the jacuzzi at the time of booking to ensure it is ready for your arrival.  If the jacuzzi has been used in the previous booking then due to cleaning and refilling/reheating, it may not be right up to temperature until later on the day of your arrival. Should you decide you require use of the jacuzzi but have not booked it, we would require 24 hours notice to prepare and the charge would be €60 (currently).  The jacuzzi will not be available for use on the day of departure.
